Description

US Fertility is a leading provider of fertility services, dedicated to helping individuals and couples achieve their dream of starting a family. Our network of fertility clinics spans across the United States, and we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. We rely on strong legal and operational foundations to support our mission and ensure compliance, efficiency, and risk management across the organization.

This role plays a critical part in supporting the Legal Department’s day-to-day operations and broader risk management initiatives. The Paralegal provides practical, detail-oriented legal support across contracts, litigation tracking, insurance coordination, and legal operations. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to help ensure legal matters are handled accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company policies and objectives.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Paralegal to join our team. This is a REMOTE full-time position. The schedule for this position is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. How You'll Contribute:

  • Review, redline, and assist with the negotiation of a variety of agreements, including vendor, service, confidentiality, and other commercial contracts.
  • Manage and maintain the contract management system, ensuring legal and departmental review is obtained for all agreements and signed contracts are properly uploaded, organized, and tracked for key terms and renewal dates.
  • Manage entity compliance activities, including annual and periodic Secretary of State filings, maintenance of corporate records, and coordination with the company’s registered agent (CT Corporation) to ensure ongoing good standing.
  • Coordinate insurance applications, renewals, and coverage documentation, including tracking certificates of insurance and policy information.
  • Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, insurance brokers, and carriers regarding insurance-related requests and compliance needs.
  • Review subpoenas and other legal notices and coordinate responses with in-house counsel and outside counsel as appropriate.
  • Maintain a centralized log of litigation matters, subpoenas, and disputes, including key deadlines, status updates, and outcomes.
  • Assist with document collection, organization, and legal recordkeeping related to litigation, audits, or regulatory inquiries.
  • Support legal department processes, workflow improvements, and special projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • Paralegal certificate, associate’s degree, or equivalent relevant legal experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in an in-house, corporate, or healthcare environment.
  • Experience reviewing and redlining contracts and familiarity with common commercial contract terms.
  • Experience tracking litigation matters and handling subpoenas or legal notices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management systems (experience with ContractWorks or similar platforms preferred).

More important than the best skills, however, is the right person. Employees who embrace our mission, vision, and core values are highly successful.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay
  • Comprehensive training
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching
  • Generous paid time off and holidays
  • Retirement plan
  • Tuition assistance
  • Ability to make an impact in the communities we serve

At US Fertility, we promote and develop individual strengths in order to help staff grow personally and professionally. This is an ideal time to join our team!
