The Role
As we build out our new, growing US team, we're hiring an experienced Account Executive to accelerate NEOM Wellbeing's growth across the United States. You'll own and expand relationships with key wholesale partners with a strong preference for candidates who have successfully managed and grown the business at Ulta Beauty. You'll bring first-hand Ulta know‑how (processes, merchandising, promotional cadence, .com and in‑store execution) to shape account plans, drive sell‑through, and elevate our brand presence across priority doors.
In this role you will:
- Manage, grow, and optimize existing wholesale accounts; build joint business plans, forecasts, and promotional calendars to deliver revenue and margin goals.
- Lead space, promotion, and presentation negotiations across in‑store and online; partner closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, marketing, operations, supply chain) to ensure flawless execution.
- Analyze account performance and market trends; translate insights into action to improve sell‑in, sell‑through, and inventory health.
- Ensure product availability and the right SKU assortments to support launches and growth; provide timely reporting and market feedback to the US General Manager.
- Identify and assess new distribution opportunities that align with brand standards and long‑term growth ambitions.

Requirements
- Proven wholesale account management experience specifically with Ulta Beauty (required).
- Demonstrated success growing beauty/wellness/lifestyle brands in the US market.
- Strong commercial acumen with proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L.
- Advanced Excel/analytics skills; ability to analyze sales and turn insights into action.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; collaborative and transparent, ensuring activity is coordinated and on‑brand.
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Passion for wellbeing and alignment with our mission and values.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) New York City, NY; ability to travel to accounts and meetings as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience launching new SKUs and building seasonal/annual sales plans across specialty and department store channels is desirable.
- Exposure to sustainability storytelling and educating retail partners on brand purpose and impact is desirable.
