Create high-quality demos, dApps, Telegram Mini Apps, and reusable examples/templates that showcase current and new TON capabilities.
Maintain and ship updates to GitHub sources (examples/templates, version pins, changelogs, and release notes) in sync with product and SDK/tooling releases. Publish developer enablement content (documentation, tutorials, blog posts, short videos, and reference guides) that turns complex topics into clear, runnable steps. Deliver hands-on developer programming (live workshops, office hours, bootcamps, meetups, and hackathons) and provide accurate, empathetic support in Telegram and other community channels.
Gather developer feedback, distill it into crisp issues/PRs, and partner with Engineering/Product to improve SDKs, tooling, docs, and overall developer experience.
Own and improve developer documentation quality by identifying gaps, proposing and implementing doc updates (or PRs), and ensuring docs stay accurate, discoverable, and aligned with SDK/tooling changes and releases.
Support promising grant applicants from screening through launch in collaboration with Engineering, Ecosystem, Partnerships, and Marketing.
Represent TON externally by speaking at conferences, roadshows, and ecosystem events globally.
Qualifications
2+ years of software engineering experience (e.g., Rust, Java, Python, TypeScript; other languages welcome), with confidence building full-stack demos, CLIs, or SDK integrations.
Strong technical writing and presentation skills; able to produce step-by-step, runnable guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to own DevRel projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to measurement and reporting.
Prior Web3 experience is a plus; genuine interest and a fast-learning mindset are essential.
Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Ecosystem, Partnerships, and Marketing.
