Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager

Overview We are a fast-growing denim brand seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to help shape and scale our brand presence across channels. This role will work cross-functionally with our PR agency, creative agency, and digital partners to bring compelling brand campaigns to life. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creatively driven, and experienced in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously—balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of seasonal and always-on brand campaigns, from concept through launch and post-campaign analysis.

  • Partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Translate brand strategy into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables for creative and marketing partners.
  • Own influencer marketing strategy, including seeding, paid partnerships, and long-term brand ambassadors.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with creators who authentically align with the brand.
  • Drive UGC initiatives that support brand awareness, engagement, and performance marketing needs.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day partner to the PR agency, aligning on launches, storytelling angles, and press moments.
  • Support product launches, collaborations, and key brand moments with cohesive marketing and PR execution.
  • Act as a central project manager across brand marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track.
  • Track KPIs related to brand campaigns, influencer performance, and content effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, or integrated marketing, preferably within fashion, denim, or consumer brands.
  • Strong experience working with PR teams, creative agencies, and digital partners.
  • Proven track record managing influencer programs and UGC initiatives.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
  • Strong creative sensibility with an eye for brand, culture, and storytelling.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.

Salary $80,000-$110,000
