Description

As a Business Analyst , you’ll focus on the health of C2SET data and configuration baselines, especially where they affect exercises and field events. This role manages tickets, tracks data mapping and schema changes, and coordinates with engineers to keep simulation inputs and outputs accurate and consistent. It blends BA, config management, and light technical analysis.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage DR and CR tickets related to data and configuration issues across C2SET.
  • Maintain configuration records for key data mappings and schemas and ensure updates are documented and traceable.
  • Work with data and M&S engineers to diagnose malformed or inconsistent data and track fixes through regression testing.
  • Provide PMO and Government staff with reports on data related issues, status, and configuration changes, including support during exercises.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Active U.S. Government issued Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, configuration management, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, creating, tickets, change requests, configuration baseline and management of schedules and interdependencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to read and reason about data structures, mapping tables, and configuration items.
  • Comfortable working between technical teams and PMO to document issues, changes, and status.

Salary Range: $147,000 – $156,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: 

  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Company-paid training and/or certifications
  • Referral bonuses
