Position: Customer Service Representative – AI Domain Specialist

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $60–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Create structured deliverables based on common customer service requests and workflows.
• Apply customer support expertise to diagnose and solve real-world service challenges for AI research.
• Review and refine peer-developed deliverables to improve AI accuracy, tone, and effectiveness.
• Translate customer interaction scenarios, escalation handling, and best practices into clear, AI-readable formats.
• Work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in customer service or support roles.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
• Ability to structure customer-facing knowledge for both human users and AI systems.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
