Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate caregiver and clinician assignments to meet client needs
- Communicate clearly with field staff regarding schedules, changes, and coverage
- Respond to last-minute changes with flexibility and a problem-solving approach
- Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation in agency systems
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams
- Support continuity of care by ensuring coverage is reliable and timely
- Manage scheduling changes in Wellsky
What We're Looking For
- Prior scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with technology - Wellsky experience a plus!
- Reliability, consistency, and a team-focused mindset
Experience in home health, healthcare, or human services is a plus - but not required for the right candidate.
