Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned
Outplacement Services Engagement Manager
to support future opportunities supporting organizations during workforce transitions.
This contract role is responsible for managing client-facing outplacement engagements, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring a high-quality, discreet experience for both corporate clients and impacted employees.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client organizations during outplacement engagements
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements on a contract basis
- Coordinate and oversee career coaches, resume writers, and transition specialists
- Conduct intake sessions and align participants with appropriate support resources
- Track participant engagement, progress, and outcomes
- Provide clear, professional updates and reporting to client stakeholders
- Ensure consistent service quality, discretion, and professionalism throughout engagements
Required Experience
- 5+ years in outplacement, career transition services, executive coaching, HR consulting, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships in sensitive or high-change environments
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting restructurings, RIFs, or M&A-driven workforce transitions
- Experience working with executive or senior-level participants
- Background in executive search or leadership advisory services
