About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our People Operations team. Reporting to the Director of PeopleOps, this role is pivotal in attracting and hiring top talent across various departments including Sales, Product, Growth, Design, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Engineering. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building a diverse and inclusive team that aligns with PadSplit’s core values and culture.
This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, capable of managing the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will also play a key role in refining recruitment processes, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, and interview techniques
- Experience recruiting for technical roles, including engineering and offshore positions
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to design and deliver effective training sessions for hiring managers
- Strong organizational and process improvement skills
- Experience with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies
- Knowledge of real estate or interest in the intersection of real estate and technology is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, empathetic and transparent in candidate interactions
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple departments
- Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and refine job descriptions
- Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate panel interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and deliver training programs for hiring managers to improve interview quality and decision-making
- Promote PadSplit’s culture, mission, and values to attract top talent and strengthen employer branding
- Implement strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines and foster inclusive hiring practices
- Maintain transparent, timely communication with candidates to reflect PadSplit’s values and culture
- Balance recruitment efforts for onshore and offshore roles with cultural sensitivity and awareness
