We’re looking for a UGC Creative Producer to run our short-form creator engine end-to-end. TikTok is the core channel, with systematic repurposing and distribution to Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You’ll manage our creator network, own the creative testing pipeline, and keep production, publishing, and payments organized.
What you’ll do
- Manage a network of TikTok creators and accounts end-to-end (sourcing → onboarding → production → reporting).
- Source, recruit, onboard, and brief creators; ensure consistent weekly output and quality.
- Own the creative pipeline: generate hypotheses, define formats, build testing plans, and prioritize what to produce next.
- Track performance (views, retention, engagement, CTR/CVR when available), analyze results, and iterate based on insights.
- Coordinate cross-posting to Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (repurpose edits, captions, metadata, scheduling).
- Coordinate creator payments and settlements: rates, invoices, payout status, and related documentation.
- Maintain operational hygiene: content calendar, asset library, naming conventions, approvals, deadlines.
Requirements (must-have)
- Experience managing creators or content production workflows (UGC/TikTok experience is a strong plus): recruiting/sourcing, briefing, deadlines, and quality control.
- Strong short-form creative intuition (hooks, storytelling, pacing, retention).
- Comfortable running structured experiments: hypotheses → tests → conclusions → next iteration.
- Strong operational skills: spreadsheets, trackers, clear communication, follow-ups.
- Experience with cross-platform repurposing (TikTok → Reels → Shorts) and basic editing workflow (CapCut or similar).
- Reliable in remote work: self-management, async communication, ownership.
Nice-to-have
- Performance marketing mindset (creative → metrics; CPI/CPA/ROAS familiarity).
- Experience managing 20+ creators or 30+ videos/day pipelines.
- Experience with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Drive, Slack, CapCut.
- English B2 or ability to work with international creators.
