Role Overview

The Chief of Staff sits inside the CEO Office and is responsible for helping build the company for hyperscale. You will work across every core workstream in the business and help translate strategy into disciplined execution. Your job is to strengthen the operating rhythm of the company and ensure the entire organisation moves with the speed and precision of a Formula One pit stop team.

The purpose of this role is simple

  • Create the conditions that allow the CEO to focus on customers, product, and growth
  • Ensure the execution engine of the company runs without friction
  • Design and run the internal operating model that scales us to our next stage

This role suits two types of individuals

  • A high performing startup operator who wants broader scope and responsibility
  • A top tier strategy consultant who wants to move from planning to building and operating

What You Will Own

  • Building and running the operating rhythm of the company, ensuring teams move at high velocity
  • Creating the engine room across delivery, product, go to market, operations, and customer
  • Translating strategy into action, sequencing work, and ensuring accountability
  • Driving execution across cross functional workstreams
  • Surfacing risks early and clearing blockers quickly
  • Ensuring clarity, alignment, and disciplined reporting
  • Designing AI enabled workflows and internal systems that support scale
  • Supporting the CEO on strategy and operational decisions
  • Maintaining focus on the highest leverage work across the organisation

This role is about execution and scale, not presentation and theory.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in high performance environments, such as high growth startups, operator roles, or top tier consulting
  • Evidence of driving execution across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure quickly
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrated resilience and maturity in high pressure settings
  • AI fluency and comfort with experimentation
  • A builder mindset and bias for action

You must be willing to work closely with our CEO onsite at our office in NYC.
