Description

Head of People & Culture Location: Dallas, Texas

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Department: People & Culture

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

About Nuuds nuuds exists to make millennial women feel confident in what they wear and to make their lives easier. We serve women who feel uncomfortable in their skin and want to feel good again. We create confidence through perfectly-fitted clothing that makes millennial women feel incredible, building a sustainable, profitable business driven by customer obsession and operational excellence.

At nuuds, we're redefining basics by creating clothes that actually fit real people and make them feel confident. We're growing fast and building a team that's as thoughtful, real, and bold as the brand itself. As a lean team with ambitious plans for continued growth, we understand that our people are the foundation of everything we build.

The Opportunity As Head of People, you'll be the architect of nuuds' people-first culture, ensuring we maintain our core values and inclusive environment as we scale toward our revenue targets and beyond. This role demands a strategic people leader who can balance the urgency of recruiting top talent with the thoughtfulness required to build sustainable HR operations and culture.

You'll fully own and execute the complete employee lifecycle—from attracting exceptional candidates who embody our core values to creating development opportunities that help our team members thrive.
