About the role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, managing our Kubernetes infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices and tools, with particular expertise in GitLab CI, Kubernetes, Ansible, and monitoring solutions.

Job description

• Support and develop CI/CD pipelines based on GitLab CI
• Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters
• Automate infrastructure configuration and deployment processes using Ansible
• Manage Helm charts for application deployment in Kubernetes
• Configure and maintain monitoring systems based on Prometheus and Grafana
• Design and implement solutions to ensure high availability of services
• Participate in developing backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Document infrastructure and processes
• Plan and conduct releases
• Optimize infrastructure and application performance

Qualifications

You have:

• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps
• Strong knowledge and experience with GitLab CI: writing pipelines, optimizing build and testing processes

Highly preferred:

• Practical experience with Kubernetes: deployment, scaling, and cluster upgrades
• Experience configuring and using Ansible for infrastructure automation
• Knowledge of Helm and experience creating, modifying, and managing Helm charts
• Experience configuring and using Prometheus for infrastructure and application monitoring
• Ability to create informative dashboards in Grafana
• Strong Linux skills (Ubuntu/Debian/CentOS)
• Good understanding of network technologies
• Basic programming skills (Python, Bash)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Web3
