Position: Experienced Producers / Directors

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $100/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Create structured tasks and deliverables based on common requests within the producer or director domain.
• Apply real-world industry expertise to support AI research and evaluation workflows.
• Translate professional judgment and decision-making processes into clear, actionable documentation.
• Contribute feedback to improve task quality and relevance for AI system development.
• Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project expectations.

Requirements

• Significant professional education and/or experience in production or directing roles.
• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity.
• Ability to articulate industry-specific workflows and best practices.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
