Product Designer
Meta builds technologies and platforms that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses across products like Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Meta Quest. The Product Designer role partners with product and executive stakeholders to shape product direction and deliver valuable, easy-to-use experiences with a high level of craft. - Translate broad, conceptual ideas into useful and valuable product experiences for large-scale audiences.
- Design user flows and end-to-end experiences that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces.

- Contribute to strategic decisions and future direction of Facebook and related products.
- Give and solicit feedback to raise quality bar, including mentorship of other designers.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience from conception through launch.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
6+ years of experience designing complex software products end-to-end, with focus on user experience, interaction design, and visual design aligned to business objectives.
Experience conducting complex research studies and driving business growth through design-led innovation.
Experience leading end-to-end development efforts, driving progress with cross-functional partner teams, developing design roadmaps, and making high-impact decisions balancing user needs with business growth objectives.
Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques (e.g., functional prototypes and/or emerging technologies).
Preferred: Ability to showcase an end-to-end design process across multiple projects (iterations, interaction/visual artifacts, high-fidelity prototypes).
Preferred: Experience connecting work across related initiatives and driving collaboration.
Preferred: Demonstrated leadership that strengthens teams and positively impacts the work environment.

Compensation: $170,000/year to $236,000/year base salary (bonus, equity, and benefits offered in addition to base).
