CanditAI launched 5 months ago and has helped over 30,000 users ace their interviews with AI-Powered Playbooks ⚡️ Some say it's cheating, but we say its strategy.

We've recently launched our CanditAI for Business vertical where we're rapidly partnering with businesses across the US and UK and allowing them to scale by entirely offloading their candidate prepping burden, allowing them to take on more placements, make them faster - and cheaper.

We are hiring an Strategy & Operations Associate to lead and scale day-to-day operational tasks across CanditAI (for both Personal and Business users). Recent graduates are open to apply, but at least a years of experience in leading operations or startup experience with quantified achievements to some extent is desired. We're primarily looking for someone thats driven, eager to learn and passionate about our mission.

What you will be doing ⚡️

• Leading and scaling day-to-day partner and user operations both in person and remotely.
• Assisting with demos and onboarding, and supporting the onboarding journey of partners.
• Maintaining dashboards, spreadsheets and SOPs. (Power BI experience desired)
• Monitoring metrics and devising initiatives from scratch to improve the platform for all users - with full ownership of execution and team setup.

What we are looking for 😎

• At least 2+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management or a similar field
• Strong written communication/presentation skills with ability to navigate through ambiguity
• Someone who is comfortable with MacOS and familiar with CanditAI
• Organised and reliable with an impressive attention to detail
• Comfortable with the unknown, and an EXTREMELY fast learner.
• Degree of any field, or equivalent practical startup experience (at least 2 years).
