Assistant General Manager

KidStrong is a growing youth fitness and development company focused on helping parents build smarter, stronger, more athletic kids with character. The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leading the center team, driving operations and sales, and delivering a consistent, high-quality member experience. The role helps grow classes and community engagement while coaching several classes weekly.

Задачи

  • Support the General Manager in leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing team while maintaining a positive, energetic environment.
  • Assist with oversight of sales, operations, and the member experience to drive growth and retention.
  • Partner with the GM to ensure smooth day-to-day center operations and consistent program execution.
  • Drive community engagement and class growth through scheduling, outreach, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Coach approximately 3–5 classes per week and model the KidStrong experience.
  • Support recruiting, hiring, and training of new coaches while maintaining program quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized facility and jump in where needed with a hands-on mindset.

Требования

  • 1–3+ years of experience in management, sales, customer service, or operations.
  • Background in children’s programming, fitness, education, or athletics (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire staff and members.
  • Availability to work weekends (at least 1 weekend day per week).
  • CPR certification (required; can be obtained post-hire).
  • First Aid certification (required; can be obtained post-hire).
  • Physical ability to stay active and energetic, demonstrate activities and coach kids, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Условия

  • Compensation: base salary starting at $45,000+ with bonus opportunities; total range $50,000–$65,000+.
  • Schedule: not a typical 9-to-5; designated days off but expected to be present when needed; must work 1 weekend day per week.
  • Region: South Florida.
