Whitetech is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with fintech expertise to manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients, driving long-term partnerships and revenue growth through strategic account management and client success.

Задачи

  • Support clients through complete onboarding cycle ensuring smooth and successful implementation
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers
  • Foster long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and mutual respect
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align with clients' evolving needs
  • Present value propositions clearly and handle objections effectively
  • Negotiate and close complex B2B deals with senior decision-makers
  • Monitor KPIs, growth metrics, satisfaction levels, and risks
  • Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Payments, Finance, and Settings teams
  • Monitor client activity and proactively address unusual changes
  • Prepare monthly reports on KPIs and assigned tasks
  • Mentor newcomers and conduct shadow sessions and trainings
  • Gather client feedback and convert into actionable insights
  • Share industry trends and market insights within the team

Требования

  • 2+ years of experience as Key Account Manager (B2B) or Payment Manager
  • Strong understanding of FinTech and payment ecosystems
  • Experience with merchant account onboarding
  • Excellent communication and self-management skills
  • English Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level
  • Ukrainian/Russian fluency
  • Nice to have: Compliance certifications, Legal background
