The Account Specialist supports the renewal process for a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts by executing established workflows, maintaining pricing and account-data accuracy, and ensuring timely renewals and ongoing support.
Задачи
- Process assigned renewal accounts using established workflows.
- Prepare, validate, and deliver pricing quotes based on defined guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy of account data, pricing, and renewal details; maintain organized records and update systems consistently.
- Track renewal progress and complete required steps through to completion.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding renewals, add-ons, and related questions using provided resources and templates.
- Escalate complex or non-standard issues to senior team members.
- Support clear and timely communication to ensure a smooth renewal experience.
- Follow standardized procedures and documentation; adapt processes when situations do not follow standard procedures.
- Use training materials and knowledge tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Partner with team members to ensure continuity and coverage across accounts.
- Participate in training and onboarding activities.
- Share feedback on process gaps or inefficiencies observed during daily work.

- Experience with CRM, ERP, or quoting systems.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (basic formulas, data organization).

- Compensation: base salary range $65,000–$75,000 per year (converted to approximately $5,833/month) plus bonus and shared equity; final salary varies by geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
