Senior Product Manager

As Senior Product Manager for Virtual Data Room, you will own and shape the Document Collaboration Experience, leading the evolution of tools that power how professionals interact with critical documents daily. Your mission is to transform complex document workflows into fast, intuitive, and efficient experiences that bring real value to clients.
Задачи
- Define and execute product area strategy for Document Collaboration Experience, ensuring alignment with overall product vision
- Drive continuous improvement of core functionalities including viewing experience, redaction workflows, encrypted document handling, in-house editor, and AI-powered features
- Uncover new product opportunities through structured discovery including user interviews, surveys, behavioral analytics, and market research
- Prioritize opportunities based on user reach, impact, ROI, technical feasibility, and business risk
- Define product requirements through interactive prototypes, PRDs, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts to co-create scalable solutions
- Contribute to GTM strategy and develop launch plans, positioning, and messaging
- Measure post-launch success and iterate based on data and feedback
Требования
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently and drive outcomes
- Proven experience across full product lifecycle from discovery to go-to-market and post-release
- Skilled in using customer insights and data to inform product decisions
- Ability to turn industry and market trends into clear product strategies
- Passion for delivering intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful experiences
- Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in daily product work
- Experience working on technically complex features and collaborating with engineering teams
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and English proficiency (C1 level)
- Nice to have: Experience with document-based systems, editors, rendering engines, AI-powered features, or M&A/fundraising knowledge
