The role focuses on resolving customer issues across multiple channels while documenting cases and collaborating with internal teams in a fast-paced remote environment.
Задачи
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone with accuracy and empathy
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and close complex issues
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Требования
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service or customer support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM or helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting global or enterprise customers
- Familiarity with SaaS, tech, or service-based products
- Multichannel support experience
