The role focuses on resolving customer issues across multiple channels while documenting cases and collaborating with internal teams in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone with accuracy and empathy
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and close complex issues
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Требования

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service or customer support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM or helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Nice to have:

    • Experience supporting global or enterprise customers
    • Familiarity with SaaS, tech, or service-based products
    • Multichannel support experience
