About The Role We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with expertise in graphic and multimedia design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to produce visually compelling materials for both print and digital media. This role involves conceptualising and executing creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, web development, and content teams to develop engaging visual content that enhances brand presence and user engagement. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a wide range of design tools, and contribute to innovative digital solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in graphic and multimedia design
• A well-curated portfolio demonstrating a variety of design and multimedia projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout composition
• Ability to create multimedia assets, including animations and interactive elements
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce visual concepts, graphics, and multimedia content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and branding projects
• Design engaging layouts, illustrations, infographics, animations, and motion graphics
• Collaborate with marketing, web development, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all platforms
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual materials to meet project specifications
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain innovative standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
• Ensure all designs comply with company brand guidelines and project requirements
• Assist in the development of interactive digital assets and multimedia presentations
