Vice President of Operations

Overview

Our client is seeking a Vice President of Operations to scale the company’s operating model, improve execution, and optimize cross-functional performance. This role is ideal for a senior leader who can drive operating cadence, build scalable systems, and ensure teams execute on priorities with clarity.

The VP of Operations will own operational strategy, performance management, and process excellence—serving as a key partner to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

Company Operating System

• Establish and run the operating cadence (OKRs, QBRs, weekly reviews, planning cycles).
• Drive alignment across functions on priorities, resourcing, and timelines.
• Lead strategic initiatives and remove execution bottlenecks.

Performance Management & Analytics

• Define company-wide KPIs and dashboards for performance visibility.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and operational accountability.

Process, Systems & Scale

• Standardize and optimize core workflows across GTM, product delivery, and back office.
• Implement tooling and automation to improve speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Improve customer experience through better handoffs and service delivery consistency.

Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner with Finance on planning, headcount strategy, and operational budgeting.
• Align with RevOps/CS Ops as needed to strengthen execution and retention.

Qualifications

• 12–18+ years in operations/strategy/consulting, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven experience scaling operational processes in high-growth environments.

Operations Skills

• Strong program leadership, KPI frameworks, and change management experience.
• Familiarity with CRM and operational tooling ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS operations, multi-team program leadership, or global operations.
