Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Vice President of Operations to oversee and optimize the company's operational processes and strategies. The VP of Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, improving organizational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing budgets, overseeing customer service operations, developing long-term strategic plans, and leading project management initiatives to support sustainable growth. Qualifications

• Expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to oversee and optimize business processes effectively
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Project Management to develop and execute plans for sustainable growth
• Strong Customer Service acumen with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-departmental teams
• Experience in the cosmetics or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
