Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Recruitment Specialist at Daice Labs. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing job postings, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify and secure top talent. Additional responsibilities include coordinating onboarding and training programs and implementing recruitment strategies to build a robust talent pipeline. You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive candidate experience and contributing to the company’s growth by identifying innovation-driven professionals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Recruitment and Hiring processes, with the ability to identify and attract top talent
  • Strong Interviewing and candidate assessment skills to evaluate qualifications, fit, and potential
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging candidates and collaborating with team members
  • Experience in Training and onboarding new hires to ensure seamless integration into the team
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
