About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and execution-driven Senior Operations Director to lead and scale our operational infrastructure within a high-growth crypto / financial services environment .

This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and cross-functional execution as the company continues to expand across products, markets, and jurisdictions.

You will work closely with executive leadership and act as a key driver in translating strategy into scalable, compliant, and efficient operations.

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead end-to-end operational strategy and execution across the organization
• Build, optimize, and standardize core operational processes in a regulated environment
• Partner closely with Finance, Compliance, Risk, Product, Technology, and Legal teams
• Drive operational readiness for growth, audits, and new market expansion
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks to enable data-driven decisions
• Lead and develop high-performing operations and program management teams
• Identify operational risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
