Role Description

Our clients are looking for results-driven Recruiters (various levels open depending on experience and relevant skills) to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs, develop talent pipelines, and implement best hiring practices. This role requires strong networking skills, a deep understanding of the job market, and a passion for matching the right candidates with the right opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and employer branding
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong understanding of hiring laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
• Skilled in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Experience in HR consulting, executive search, or talent management is a plus
