Graphic Designer (Remote)

This role involves designing a visually cohesive deck of over 45 management-themed cards, each featuring a unique infographic. The project requires sourcing, redesigning, and standardizing infographics to fit a consistent visual style across all cards. Each card will include a reference and a QR code linking to additional resources, with color-grouping and layout standardization as key elements. The concept and research phases are largely complete, so the focus is on creative execution and collaboration to bring the visual identity of the deck to life. There is potential for ongoing partnership and revenue sharing from future sales.

Deliverables

• Redesign and standardize over 45 management infographics for card format
• Ensure all cards follow a unified visual style, color grouping, and layout
• Integrate references and QR codes on each card for further information
• Collaborate closely to refine concepts and ensure educational clarity
• Prepare print-ready files and digital assets for production

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating infographic and card or print design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Ability to interpret and visually communicate complex management concepts
• Attention to detail and consistency in layout, color, and typography
• Experience with educational or instructional design is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Availability for project-based work with potential for future collaboration
