Kolesa Group is seeking a Web QA Engineer to join their team. The role involves performing manual and automated testing of business logic, backend, frontend, and integrations for web applications. You will develop test plans, analyze errors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing of business logic, backend, frontend, and integrations
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, checklists, and testing knowledge base
- Localize and analyze errors in code and documentation
- Interact with project teams including developers, QA, managers, designers, analysts, and support services
- Participate in planning new functionality
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of testing theory and practical experience applying it
- Practical experience with test design techniques
- Experience testing web applications (Backend/API, Frontend)
- Experience with bug tracking systems
- At least 1 year of automated testing experience
- Experience with CI/CD systems
- Git experience
- Understanding of OOP principles
- Ability to write simple SQL queries
- Experience with log collection and analysis tools
- Knowledge of basic Linux console commands
- Bonus: Programming experience in PHP/JavaScript/Go/Python, NoSQL database experience, Unix systems experience, non-functional testing experience
