SMM (Social Media Manager)

Ppower pro is a fast-growing retail chain with 40+ locations across Thailand seeking an SMM Manager to develop and execute social media strategy that builds genuine brand engagement and community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain content strategy for key platforms considering Thailand's advertising restrictions
  • Create and adapt content including copywriting, scripts, stories, Reels/shorts, and visuals in collaboration with designer and brand team
  • Manage daily social media posting: feed, stories, comments, DMs, and moderation
  • Develop UGC mechanics that encourage content creation from store visitors
  • Support offline activities and events through social media
  • Participate in influencer selection and coordination
  • Track key metrics: reach, engagement rate, follower growth, saves, link clicks, story replies
  • Prepare monthly and campaign reports with insights on performance and learnings
  • Continuously test new content formats: Reels, polls, guides, carousels, lives, and collaborative content

Requirements

  • 23+ years of experience as SMM Manager in lifestyle, FMCG, restaurants/bars, beauty, health & wellness, or emotionally-driven categories
  • Understanding of building brand community, not just maintaining a feed
  • Hands-on experience with Reels and short-form video: basic editing, storytelling, pacing
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environment with frequent launches, tests, and rapid pivots
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher for content creation, influencer communication, and engaging with tourists
  • Nice to Have: Experience launching UGC and referral mechanics, challenges, promo codes, offline activations; Experience with UBT traffic
