Ppower pro is a product company building AI agents and digital employees for modern businesses. We are seeking a Head of Growth to build a marketing machine that generates predictable qualified leads and validates product hypotheses through real traffic and paying customers.
Responsibilities
- Define positioning and messaging for key segments (founders, C-level, SMB, mid-market)
- Design and run omnichannel funnels: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, email, content, partnerships
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, offers, pricing and onboarding flows
- Set up full funnel tracking and analytics: CAC, LTV, ROMI, conversion by step
- Own budgets and reallocate spend based on performance data
- Collaborate with sales and product: share campaign insights, prepare enablement materials
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing / growth at a tech company: SaaS, B2B software or mobile
- Proven track record of growing a product from near zero to repeatable sales
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Strong funnel and CRO skills with ability to move numbers from impression to paid
- Comfortable building dashboards in GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar
- Upper-Intermediate+ English, written and spoken
- Experience with US or EU markets is a strong plus
- Think like a founder with focus on unit economics
- Love running fast experiments over building perfect long-term campaigns
- Genuinely excited about AI, agents and automation
- Can create structure in ambiguity and take initiative
