Kotapska Bridal Couture — a Ukrainian bridal brand that has conquered Europe.
Our story began with a single seamstress and the Kotapska sisters, who
personally decorated the very first dresses. Today, we have our own production
with over 100 artisans. We cherish a special family culture: we create beauty,
support one another, and share inspiration with brides all over the world.
That’s why our collections are chosen in 54 countries, and the name Kotapska
shines on European runways and in world fashion magazines.
We are currently looking for a Head of Sales to join our office in Chernivtsi.
We will assist with relocation at the start, and a hybrid work format is also
possible during the initial period.

VIVA, MARIE CLAIRE.
WHAT WE OFFER:
1. Currently, we offer a base salary of $2,000 plus a performance-based
commission from the sales department’s results — however, we are always
open to discussion;
2. After 2–4 months you can realistically earn $2,500–3,000, and after half
a year — $3,500–4,000 if the plan is met;
3. Office in Chernivtsi + we will cover an apartment for the first 2 months
if you relocate. A hybrid format is also possible at the start;

WE WILL NOT CONSIDER CANDIDATES WITHOUT:
* At least 3 years of experience as Head of Sales with a team of 8+ managers
and work on international markets (Europe, UK, USA, etc.);
* Experience in the fashion industry or related fields will be an advantage;
* Experience building a sales department from scratch;
* B2B experience and management of the full sales cycle (from lead generation
to deal closing);
* Experience in phone sales — both as a manager and as a leader;
* Understanding of CRM and business processes: ability to analyze the sales
funnel, build KPI systems, and create effective motivation programs;
* English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and implement the international sales strategy;
* Manage and grow the team: training, setting KPIs, analyzing calls;
* Systematically improve sales processes and CRM workflows;
* Regular reporting to company owners (including P&L);
* Achieve and exceed sales targets.
