Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for outstaffing projects (sourcing, screening,
interviewing, selection).
* Build and maintain a talent pool of IT specialists across various
technologies (backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, Data, etc.).
* Work closely with sales managers to understand client requirements and ensure
timely staffing.
* Organize onboarding and HR support for assigned specialists throughout their
contracts.
* Develop and maintain HR processes and documentation related to outstaff
projects.
* Support employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
* Monitor labor law compliance for hired specialists.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in HR / recruitment in IT companies.
* Understanding of IT outstaffing / outsourcing models.
* Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, HR tools).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good command of English (spoken and written).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
