Indeema Software is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Team.


REQUIREMENTS:

* 3+ years of proven successful professional project management experience
in an IT company;
* Advanced level of English, both written and spoken;
* Interest and knowledge in IoT domain;
* Experience in controlling project’s kick-off and defining scope, budget,
timeline, risks and , resources;
* Excellent presentation skills;
* Experience in creating exhaustive project documentation;

* Ability and motivation to constantly improve project processes;
* Ability to work in a fast-changing environment;
* Experience in managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously;


WILL BE A BIG PLUS:

* Scrum master experience;
* PMP certification;
* ISO knowledge


RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Define the scope, goals, and deliverables of IoT projects in collaboration
with stakeholders.
* Translate business needs into technical specifications.
* Coordinate the integration of hardware (sensors, devices) with software
platforms (cloud, analytics, mobile/web apps).
* Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Manage resources (Indeema teams, vendors, contractors).
* Track project milestones and adjust plans as needed.
* Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, developers,
engineers, and external partners.
* Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams (hardware,
firmware, software, QA, cloud).
* Run sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in agile environments.
* Manage project procurement.
