Recruiting Team. We believe that building trusted relationships — with clients

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support full-cycle recruitment under the guidance of a senior recruiter
* Source candidates using LinkedIn Premium, Djinni, DOU, and other professional
networks
* Conduct CV screening and initial interviews
* Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and help prepare recruitment
reports
* Participate in employer branding activities and internal HR
projects/initiatives
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
We are looking for someone with:
* a passion for sourcing and technical recruitment
* either relevant work experience or the successful completion of specialized
training in IT recruitment
* сan-do attitude, inspiring approach, and out-of-the-box thinking
* strong networking and communication skills
* working proficiency in English is a must
