HOW EXACTLY YOU CAN INFLUENCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY:
• lead end-to-end management of large, cross-functional business projects,
ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, resources, and
project risks
• drive project execution across business, operations, finance, and technology
teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment at every stage
• serve as a key point of communication between project teams and senior
management
• monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving risks and
blockers proactively
• support the development and improvement of project management standards,
tools, and best practices within the company
• potentially mentor and support junior project managers as the team evolves
Challenges for three months:
• successful onboarding into the team and mastering core company processes
• be fluent and productive in all tools used by the department
• contribute to the implementation of existing tasks and projects, and
successfully complete them
• develop a strategy to achieve the project goals
• set up regular reporting and analyse the effectiveness of implemented projects
TO ACHIEVE THE RESULTS, YOU WILL NEED:
• 4–6 years of experience in project management, with proven success delivering
business-driven, cross-functional projects
• strong understanding of business processes, operational efficiency drivers,
and financial impact metrics
• practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall,
Hybrid)
• outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• high level of self-organization, proactivity, and ownership mindset
• PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus
• experience in fast-growing, dynamic companies is highly desirable
• leadership potential: readiness to take responsibility for project teams
in the future
• Upper-Intermediate and higher level of English
How do you manage your working hours?
• You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order
to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with
remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company
