Опис

SoftPeak is looking for a results-driven Project Manager with Business Analysis
expertise to lead the Discovery Phase, oversee the Development Phase, and ensure
successful Project execution.

You will guide projects from initial research to product launch, ensuring
on-time delivery and seamless client collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

* Lead the Discovery phase — Conduct market research, analyze competitors,
define key functionality, and create Product Requirements Documentation
(PRD).
* Manage the Development process — Oversee sprints, timelines, and risks,
ensuring all milestones meet deadlines
* Control Finances of the project — Oversee the entire development budget,
manage GPM and coordinate payment schedules with clients to ensure timely
payments.
* Facilitate team collaboration — Coordinate between developers, designers, and
customers to maintain smooth execution.
* Closely cooperate with customer — Act as the primary contact for clients,
facilitating all issues during the cooperation and adapting processes based
on their feedback.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst,
or a similar role in an outsource or product development company.
2. Proven expertise in Discovery Phases: conducting market research, competitor
analysis, defining key functionality, and preparing PRD.
3. Successful project coordination experience with on-time milestone delivery.
4. English level: Advanced.

Key Metrics for Success:

* On-Time Delivery: 90% of milestones completed as scheduled.
* Client Satisfaction: Maintain an NPS of 4.7+ on a 5-point scale.
* Risk Mitigation: Ensure that project risks do not cause more than a 15%
deviation in budget or timeline.
