Our international team of 1200 professionals and digital nomads works all over the world.We are looking for aDevOps Team Leadto join our engineering team and drive the transformation of CI/CD workflows across multiple complex products.Your main tasks will be:Lead the modernization and optimization ofCI/CD pipelinesacross diverse systems and legacy components.Introduce and implementindustry-leading DevOps tools and practices, fostering a culture of automation and reliability.Oversee and support existing CI/CD workflows, ensuring high stability and performance.Manage and optimizeephemeral and pre-production environmentsto improve efficiency and reduce deployment friction.Collaborate closely with development teams to align DevOps solutions with product needs.Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.We expect from you:5+ years of experiencein DevOps, infrastructure, or system engineering roles.Expertise inKubernetes— orchestrating and managing containerized applications.Extensive experience working withon-premise infrastructureStrong experience withGitLab CI/CD— designing, maintaining, and optimizing pipelines.Proficiency inShell scriptingandLinux administration.Hands-on experience withTerraformandAnsible.Knowledge ofobservability toolssuch as Grafana and OpenSearch.Solid understanding ofDevOps principles, CI/CD methodologies, and automation practices.Strong communication skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.Problem-solving mindset and persistence in achieving results.EnglishandRussianlanguage proficiencyNice to have:Knowledge ofnetworking protocols and technologies.Experience withWindows environments,VMware, or logging stacks (ELK / EFK)What do we offer:REMOTE OPPORTUNITYto work full time;Vacation28 calendar days per year;7 wellness days per year(time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;Bonuses up to $5000for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;50%payment for professional training, international conferences and meetings;Corporate discount forEnglish lessons;Health benefits.According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee.
