Responsibilities:
* Drive sales of outstaffing services to IT companies\partners and direct
market clients.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and
existing customers.
* Identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
* Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth
onboarding of specialists.
* Represent the company at meetings, events, and online calls with
international clients.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales/business development in an IT
service company (preferably outsourcing/outstaffing).
* Strong understanding of IT outstaffing business models.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Advanced English (both written and spoken) — must-have for communication with
international clients.
* Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
