🔍 POSITION OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR).
This role is focused on driving outbound activity, identifying and engaging
potential clients, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
You’ll take ownership of researching target markets, crafting personalized
outreach, and booking calls with decision-makers. You’ll also run short intro
qualification calls to confirm fit before passing opportunities to our
leadership team for deeper conversations.

🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* 1-2+ years of experience in outbound SDR/lead generation, preferably in a B2B
and tech environment.
* Proven ability to book meetings with decision-makers via outbound outreach.
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach tools (e.g.,
Lemlist, Clay, Apollo), and CRMs (PipeDrive, HubSpot, Zoho).
* Fluent English communication skills, with confidence in leading intro and
pre-qualification calls.
* Strong research skills and ability to personalize outreach.
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup.
Bonus Points
* Event outreach (e.g., booking meetings at conferences).
* Prior startup experience.
* Exposure to legal, compliance, fintech, or SaaS industries.

* Outbound Prospecting: Research, identify, and target ICP-fit prospects.
* Multi-channel Outreach: Execute outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other
channels with tailored messaging.
* Intro Calls: Conduct short qualification calls to validate needs, introduce
Legal Nodes, and ensure alignment before handover.
* Event Outreach: Support conference and event BD efforts by booking meetings
with relevant contacts.
* Sequence & Messaging: Create and refine outreach sequences; test
personalization approaches.
* Pipeline Reporting: Keep CRM (PipeDrive) up to date, track performance
metrics, and report results.
* Collaboration: Work closely with company leadership to hand over qualified
opportunities and align on messaging.
