programming. We build complex, reliable solutions for clients around the world.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to act as a crucial link in our
sales and operations process, supporting the Head of Sales in driving market
growth and maintaining operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

The ideal candidate will manage a diverse range of tasks, combining sales
support, administration, and internal project leadership:


Sales & Administrative Support

* Contract Management: Help prepare, review, and organize contracts,
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other legal documentation.
* Financial Handling: Handle claims and resolve payment issues with both
customers and suppliers.
* Meeting Coordination: Participate in selected customer and internal meetings,
efficiently capturing and producing comprehensive Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
* Sales Activities: help follow up on specific sales and marketing activities
and events within the Sales & Marketing team and across our Business Areas.
* CRM Management: maintaining and utilizing our CRM system effectively.

Internal Projects & Analysis

Assistance on various internal tasks and projects, including:

* Conducting detailed analyses of competitors, customers, and market trends.
* Supporting specific system development tasks aimed at improving functional
processes and data quality.
* Assisting with planning and follow-up tasks in the ongoing recruitment and
onboarding processes for new salespeople.

Candidate Profile (What You Will Bring)

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented professional who can thrive
in a fast-paced environment:

* Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are
essential for effective interaction with global clients and partners.
* English Fluency: Proficient knowledge of English is required for daily
business communication.
* Executive Interaction: Proven ability to communicate effectively and
confidently with executives and top management is a significant advantage.
* Personal Drive: Must possess a great drive, be outgoing, highly structured,
positive, and genuinely sales/service-minded.
* Travel Requirement: The ability and willingness to travel to Denmark (DK)
on a regular basis (e.g., once a month) to interact and align with the
DK-team.
