Binariks is seeking a detail-oriented and metrics-driven Trainee/Junior Sales
Operations Specialist to support our rapidly growing sales team. We are

* You are clear and organized. You almost never forget anything, and to make
sure you don’t forget, you write things down
* You can easily create a Google Sheets/Excel spreadsheet, format it clearly
and concisely, and use simple formulas for calculations. To optimize your
time, you like to use ChatGPT for both simple and complex mechanical tasks
* You really want to structure and number any text or action plan
* You pay attention to text formatting, and extraneous spaces between a word
and a comma literally bother you
* You almost never say “I don’t know how to do this” when faced with
an unfamiliar task, even though you are completely new to the topic. Instead,
you study the issue and just do it. Of course, you make mistakes, but you
do it and get the result
* You are not afraid to communicate with people, and you are quite good at it.
* When you hear that you will have to create a complex table with calculations,
consolidating data from several sources for five consecutive days, it doesn’t
make you feel sick
* Initiative. The task of the Sales Operations department is to optimize,
improve, and enhance the entire sales operational process. So, whatever
you do, you always need to keep in mind questions like “what’s wrong here”,
“how could this be simplified/improved/optimized”, and make specific
suggestions for improvements
* You respond calmly and even with gratitude to constructive feedback, seeing
it as a stimulus for growth
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail and project management skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong analytical abilities, with a capacity to work with complex datasets
and extract meaningful insights
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
* Level of English: B1+/B2
Your Responsibilities:
* Ensure high levels of data quality and process consistency in sales and
marketing systems
* Analyze sales data and generate insightful reports, take action, and measure
impact to support decision-making
* Monitor essential sales pipeline metrics.
* Сlosely work with sales leadership to implement strategies that improve sales
performance, streamline sales processes, and enhance overall sales
productivity
* Manage the overall sales tech stack, including HubSpot and other sales tools
* Partnering with Sales, Marketing, LeadGen, and Finance teams
to monitor&improve existing processes
* Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies that drive customer
acquisition and revenue growth
* New Sales team members onboarding
Will be a plus:
* Experience in LeadGen, or sales-related areas
* Good understanding of Sales and Marketing funnels
* Strong knowledge of IT industry
