Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently looking for a proactive, experienced, and motivated Talent
Acquisition Specialist with a positive, opportunity-driven mindset to join our
recruitment team and help scale our UA and US teams, with a key focus on Sales
roles. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment and is excited by the challenges of hiring in a high-growth company.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, including
sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
* Work across both Technical and Non-Technical roles on the US and Ukrainian
markets.
* Source candidates primarily through direct outreach on LinkedIn as well
as referrals and your network.
* Use your creativity and negotiation skills to attract, headhunt, and secure
A-Players — the kind of talent that drives business success.

* Communicate regularly with hiring managers and business leaders to understand
hiring needs, set sourcing strategy and identify potential gaps in the
process, and solve all issues evolving during the hiring process.
* Run the data-driven hiring process: collect and analyzing metrics, provide
changes based on recruitment analytics.
* Promote a personalized approach in hiring.




MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

* Upper-Intermediate and higher level of English (spoken)
* At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience on US or Europe market.
* Experience with tech or non-tech roles (Sales, Marketing).
* Expert level skills in sourcing passive candidates
* A personalized approach in hiring
* Ability to work independently and help (mentor) other team members;
* Great communication, negotiation, collaborative and interviewing skills and
a good sense of humour.
