Role Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Sales / Business Partner who will lead our sales
efforts, develop new business opportunities, and help establish long-term
partnerships in Europe, Asia, and beyond. This role is crucial for scaling our
company and driving growth in international markets.
Responsibilities:
* Build and execute a sales strategy for outstaff services (B2B).
* Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals with international IT
companies and enterprise clients.
* Establish partnerships and manage key client accounts.
* Develop marketing and sales materials (presentations, offers, proposals).
* Manage the sales pipeline and report directly to company leadership.
* Represent the company at meetings, calls, and industry events.
* Contribute to shaping the company’s growth strategy and business development
direction.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of proven sales experience in IT services (outstaffing/outsourcing).
* Strong understanding of IT staffing business models.
* Fluent English (other languages such as German, French, or Arabic are
a plus).
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Experience in building and managing partnerships.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently and take ownership.
