We are looking for a Project Manager with Business Analysis skills — someone who
can manage the full project lifecycle while deeply understanding client needs
and translating them into clear technical and functional requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Manage projects at all stages — from initiation to completion.
* Identify and thoroughly analyze client requirements agree on the Terms
of Reference (ToR), organize interviews, and approve layouts.
* Design website structures, prepare ToR, and create project roadmaps.
* Organize and coordinate the work of the project team, including designers,
developers, QA specialists, etc.
* Build constructive relationships with clients through regular communication
and progress reporting at all stages of execution.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in project management and/or business analysis.
* Experience in project planning from scratch, setting tasks, monitoring
progress, and managing teams.
* Understanding of project management methodologies and the software
development life cycle.
* Understanding of UX principles, structure design, and the website development
process.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to structure and prioritize tasks, and
make independent decisions.
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
* English at B2+ level and native-level Ukrainian.
* Experience writing ToR.
* Experience working with WordPress / background in WordPress development.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Education in project management and business analysis.
* Experience with tools such as Worksection, Figma, Webflow, Airtable, Google
Workspace, etc.
Will be a plus:
* Understanding of the specifics of the nonprofit sector (NGOs, government).
* Knowledge of SEO principles, digital marketing strategies, and database
basics.
* Experience in volunteering or participation in public organizations.
