ABOUT US:
BetterMe is a health & wellness platform providing a tailored holistic approach
to well-being. Since 2017, we have been on a mission to create a healthier world
for everyone, regardless of age, sex, physical ability, or background.

YOUR IMPACT:
* Working closely with recruitment specialists on different vacancies (tech,
non-tech);
* Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements
using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social
networks;
* Communication with candidates (cold emails, LinkedIn, etc.);
* Searching for new contacts and maintaining the Database.
ABOUT YOU:
* 2+ years of experience as an IT Researcher/Sourcer in Product Company;
* Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social
platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
* Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online
channels;
* Experience in Market Research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges;
* At least an Intermediate level of English;
* Excellent communication skills;
* High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability.
