We are looking for an IT BDM to expand the Redwerk team.
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll work with major clients like Siemens,
Universal Music, Quandoo, Hosting.com [http://Hosting.com], ClearDATA, and
Unfold from Squarespace, contributing to impactful and high-profile projects.
You will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through
networking and converting them into long-term partnerships.
Your job will be to guide the full-cycle sale process and to verify that our
sales approach is successful.
Required Skills:
* English proficiency (C1-C2), written and spoken
* Expertise in full-cycle B2B IT sector sales
* Local market and international client experience
* Knowledge of IT trends and products
* HubSpot proficiency for lead management
* Ability to design and implement a sales funnel
* High-value contract negotiation experience
* Expertise in expanding into new markets
* Result-driven mindset
* Ability to meet deadlines and reach sales quota
* Being meticulous with documentation
Responsibilities:
* Proactive customer acquisition
* Conducting outreach activities
* Lead generation activities to grow new business accounts
* Expand current customer base through various channels
* Attending global IT events
* Qualifying leads; understanding client needs
* Conducting client interviews; meeting sales goals
* Liaising with the delivery department
* Preparing pitches, proposals, reports
* Updating the CRM system regularly
* Maintaining client contact; gathering feedback
* Analyzing market trends
* Sharing insights with marketing
