HR People Partner / Manager to join us on our journey of innovation and

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
* Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
* Driving employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
* Holding regular 1:1 meetings with team members to build strong relationships
and improve the employee experience.
* Maintaining and improving HR processes and workflows.
* Leading performance review cycles and feedback sessions.
* Monitoring team morale and providing actionable recommendations to improve
workplace culture.
* Working with HR analytics to support data-driven decisions.
* Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and the wider HR team
on various initiatives.
* Championing and supporting our company culture at every step.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* 2+ years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in an IT company
as an HR Manager, People Partner, or HR Generalist.
* Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle for at least
50 people.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing HR tools and processes.
* Confident using HRM systems, especially PeopleForce.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to conduct effective
1:1 meetings, resolve issues, and provide meaningful feedback.
* A natural relationship-builder who can connect with employees across
different teams and functions.
* Your superpower: the ability to shift between different team contexts while
keeping priorities in sharp focus.
* Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while keeping
business needs in mind.
* Strong time management, initiative, and a high level of business acumen.
* English level: Strong Intermediate or higher.

* Training or certification in facilitation, coaching, or related fields.
