Senior Auto Test Engineer (based in Slovenia)

The primary objective of this position is to ensure the quality of CQG products
by following and enhancing the SQA (Software Quality Assurance) processes via
automated testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Design and code automated testing tools and frameworks
* Design and code automated testing scripts
* Create test plans from Requirements and Design Documents
* Record test results
* Identify, reproduce, and report defects
* Maintain test plans
* Test Defect Fixes

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplin
* 2 + years of hands-on development experience to include:

* Experience in scripting languages (Python is a must)
* Data base experience-advanced knowledge of SQL
* Linux (CentOS/Alma) administration, bash-scripts
* Docker: creation and management of containers
* Git: working with branches, merge, rebase, conflict resolutions
* Ansible: automation configurations
* Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
* Network basics: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN

4+ years of hands-on testing experience to include:

* Ability to develop and implement test plans and test cases
* A strong working knowledge of testing backend and client/server applications
* Excellent understanding of QA theory
* Creation of automated test tools and frameworks

Will be a plus:

* Expereince in C++
