About the role
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our Salesforce team. This role suits
someone with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive
approach to ensuring software quality. Experience with Salesforce or business
analysis will be a plus — we value your curiosity and readiness to learn.
You’ll be part of a collaborative international team working on impactful cloud
projects, where quality and user experience truly matter.
Requirements:
* 1–2 years of QA experience (manual testing)
* Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC
* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar
* Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
* Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
Nice to have:
* Basic knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
Flows, etc.)
* Experience with Salesforce testing or CRM systems
* Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium)
* Business Analysis skills — requirements gathering, writing user stories,
or documentation
* Polish language (spoken/written)
* Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, or others)
Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze business and technical requirements
* Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios (functional,
regression, integration)
* Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications and integrations
* Identify, document, and track defects; provide clear feedback to developers
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and communicate with stakeholders when
needed
* Contribute to QA process improvement and test documentation
* Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and PMs within Agile teams
